To enhance state agriculture sector development by transforming conventional farming to mechanized agriculture
and to produce agricultural mechanization skilled workers who will be able to operate and repair agricultural
machinery skillfully and to work as an career, this 1-year course has been conducted at Agricultural
Mechanization Training Center in Meiktila Township since 2022-2023 fiscal year.
This course is compatible with level (4) of the Myanmar National Qualification Framework (MNQF), and outstanding
trainees will be able to receive additional opportunities based on their excellence. Excellent graduates who
have
already passed the automobile or machinery component manufacturing course at Government Technological High
Schools
will have the opportunity to attend the first year course in agricultural mechanization subject conducted at
designated Government
Technical Colleges and Institutes. 30 percent of lecture time and 70 percent of practical training will be
taught.
Free courses are being conducted at agricultural mechanization training centers, repair workshops and Agricultural Mechanization Stations for young farmers in order to properly operate, repair and maintain various agricultural machinery.
You can inquire at the Agricultural Mechanization Stations (the township-level office) about the training, training period and the closest training location you can attend.
The applicant must:
(A) have passed at least Grade-9 in education. (The applicant who want to attend the training at the Agricultural Mechanization Station must have attended Grade-9.)
(B) be between 18 to 35 years of age on the day the course begins.
(C) be citizen of the Union of Myanmar, in good health and interested in agricultural machinery.
